We practice "data minimisation" and only collect the bare minimum information required to manage your bookings. We only collect your: 

  • Name 

  • Email address 

  • Phone number 

We do not collect, view, or store your credit card details or financial information. All online payments are securely processed off our servers by our third-party payment provider via Wix. 

2. How and Why We Use Your Data

We process your personal data under the following legal bases: 

  • To Fulfill a Contract: We use your name, email, and phone number to secure your booking, send class confirmations, and notify you of any immediate schedule changes or cancellations. 

  • Consent: If you explicitly opt-in to our mailing list by ticking our newsletter box, we will use your email address to send you studio updates, promotions, and news. You can withdraw this consent at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email. 

3. How Your Data is Stored

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Your data is stored securely through Wix’s data storage, databases, and the general Wix.com applications behind a secure firewall. Wix handles payments in accordance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS). 

We will never sell, rent, or distribute your personal data to third-party advertisers. 

4. Data Retention

We keep your contact details for as long as you are an active member of our studio. If you have not booked a class with us for 24 months, we will safely delete your personal records from our system. 

5. Your Rights Under GDPR

As a resident of the UK/EU, you have the following rights regarding your data: 

  • The Right to Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. 

  • The Right to Erasure: You can request that we delete your name and contact details from our records at any time.
